Please note that Oliver Jewelry does not mass produce it's collection, and although we carry small stock of most items, there will be times when we do produce goods to order. Should this affect your order we will notify you by email, letting you know when you can expect to receive your goods.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, slight variations in each pieces as well as the size and color of stones are natural characteristics and are in no way considered a flaw.
We will accept all returns and exchanges within 7 days after receipt of shipment [determined by UPS tracking dates]. Should you return any items, we ask you to make sure that the items are in the same unused condition as when sent to you. Returns can not be accepted if the item has any signs of usage. Please send the jewelry insured for the full purchase price, further we ask you to send a copy of your invoice with the package. All our pieces are handcrafted and individually produced upon your order. Therefore is it only possible to receive a store credit, shipping costs are excluded from credits.
