Oliver Jewelry is designed by contemporary jewelry artist Oliver Hampel. His work combines traditional jewelry-making techniques with modern design and fabrication methods.
Oliver's designs are inspired by nature, organic structures, movement and contemporary form.
Oliver designs and creates his jewelry from his studio in Naples, Florida.
Yes. Oliver's jewelry is individually designed and handcrafted using a combination of traditional metalsmithing and contemporary technologies.
Because each piece is individually produced, slight variations in finish, texture, gemstones, pearls and other materials are natural characteristics of handcrafted jewelry.
Oliver works with materials including sterling silver, 18K gold, gemstones, diamonds, pearls and nylon.
The materials used in an individual design are listed on the product page.
Oliver's nylon jewelry uses lightweight contemporary material to create intricate sculptural forms that would be difficult to produce using traditional jewelry techniques alone.
The material allows Oliver to explore complex structures while keeping larger earrings and pendants surprisingly lightweight and comfortable to wear.
You can explore the collection on our Nylon Jewelry page.
Care depends on the materials and finish of the piece. Sterling silver, 18K gold, gemstones, pearls and nylon each require slightly different care.
Please see our complete Jewelry Care Guide for cleaning, storage and everyday care instructions.
Our Jewelry Size Guide explains how to determine ring size by measuring the inside diameter or circumference of a ring and includes a ring-size conversion chart.
Visit the Jewelry Size Guide for detailed instructions.
For the most accurate result, we recommend having your finger measured by a professional jeweler. This is especially helpful when purchasing a wider ring, since wider bands can fit differently from narrow rings.
If you are unsure which size to order, please contact us before placing your order.
Our Jewelry Size Guide includes information about necklace lengths and bracelet sizing in addition to ring sizes.
