We're sorry, but we cannot currently ship to locations outside the United States.

When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed.
Why is my order being charged sales tax?
Hampel Design (oliverjewelry.com) is required by law to charge sales tax on purchases shipped to select states. Shipping addresses that are entered incorrectly or changed after the order is placed may require sales tax adjustments.
Can I pay with a check or money order?
No. We do not accept checks or money orders. We do accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express).

When will my order ship?
Some pieces are made to order, while other pieces are created ahead of time. Therefore, ship times for each piece will vary.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that includes the shipper's tracking information.

What is your return policy?
Can I cancel an order?
Any order (except special or custom orders) can be canceled before it is shipped. To cancel an order, please use our Contact Form to reach out to us.
You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. Your refund will be processed the next business day, though it may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account.
How much does return shipping cost?
You will be resposible for paying the return charge.
